1. Agreement and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of SaveAll, including the website interface, preview screens, and download features available through this application. By using SaveAll, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using the service immediately. These Terms apply to all visits, whether you use the service occasionally or as part of a repeated workflow, and they apply regardless of device, operating system, or browser.

SaveAll is designed as a utility tool that helps users process links from social platforms and initiate downloads based on user-provided URLs. SaveAll does not claim ownership over third-party content and does not grant any rights in content belonging to others. Your use of the tool must comply with copyright law, applicable platform policies, and local legal requirements in your jurisdiction. These Terms create a usage framework, not a transfer of intellectual property rights.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SaveAll is legal where you live and where you access the service. You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under your local law. If you are using SaveAll on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization. You are solely responsible for content you submit, links you paste, and files you choose to download or store.

You agree not to use SaveAll for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. This includes attempts to circumvent access controls, download protected media without authorization, overload service endpoints through automated abuse, upload malware or harmful payloads, or use SaveAll as part of illegal distribution pipelines. You are responsible for any consequences resulting from misuse, including civil, administrative, or criminal liability.

3. Permitted Use

SaveAll is intended for legitimate, personal, educational, archival, editorial, or operational use where you already have lawful access and rights to retain the media. Permitted use may include saving your own published videos, downloading content you are explicitly licensed to reuse, creating backups for private records, or collecting references for internal review. Permitted use does not include violating terms of service from content platforms, bypassing paywalls, or redistributing protected content without permission.

Where platform rules conflict with your intended usage, you should follow the stricter rule. SaveAll provides technical functionality but does not validate whether a specific download request is legally authorized. The absence of a technical block is not legal approval. You must make your own compliance decision before proceeding with each download operation.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and media references in third-party links remain the property of their respective owners. SaveAll does not endorse, sponsor, or affiliate with third-party platforms merely by supporting link parsing for those platforms. You retain rights only in content you lawfully own or are licensed to use. If a rights holder requests removal or raises a claim regarding your usage, you are solely responsible for handling that dispute.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to exploit third-party media commercially. If you plan to republish, monetize, distribute, edit, or otherwise exploit downloaded content, you must independently confirm rights clearance and platform permission. SaveAll’s tools are neutral and do not alter underlying ownership obligations.

5. Service Availability and Technical Limits

SaveAll may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, network outages, dependencies on third-party services, rate limits, platform changes, or local environment issues such as missing software requirements. Supported platforms, features, and extraction behavior may change over time without notice. A successful request in one session does not guarantee future availability. Download outcomes depend on source link validity, content access settings, platform restrictions, and local system configuration.

You acknowledge that download speed and success can vary based on bandwidth, server response times, media format complexity, and concurrent operations. SaveAll may enforce operational limits such as maximum link counts or timeout thresholds to preserve stability. These limits are part of intended service behavior and do not constitute service failure.

6. Third-Party Dependencies

SaveAll may rely on third-party tooling and external platform responses to generate previews and perform downloads. These dependencies may introduce format differences, metadata variation, or occasional extraction failures. SaveAll is not responsible for changes in external APIs, HTML structures, media manifests, geo-restrictions, or account requirements imposed by third-party services. If a platform modifies access behavior, SaveAll may require updates before functionality is restored.

Because third-party dependencies can evolve rapidly, compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every source URL at all times. You are responsible for keeping your local runtime, dependencies, and environment tools updated where required for expected performance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use SaveAll to commit infringement, harassment, privacy violations, unauthorized surveillance, or distribution of illegal content. You must not interfere with security controls, reverse engineer protected service components, inject malicious code, or attempt privilege escalation. You must not attempt to use SaveAll to scrape at abusive scale, bypass access restrictions, or simulate identities to evade bans. Violations may result in suspension of access, blocking, and referral to appropriate authorities when required by law.

You must also avoid using SaveAll in ways that create unreasonable load on infrastructure or disrupt other users. Automated high-frequency requests without safeguards may be treated as abuse even where intent is non-malicious.

8. Data Handling and Local Storage

SaveAll processes the links you submit and stores downloaded files in your configured project storage path. Depending on configuration, temporary job metadata may be retained for processing status until service restart or cleanup. You are responsible for local file hygiene, secure access to your storage, and timely deletion of files you no longer need. If multiple users share the same environment, you must implement your own access controls to prevent unauthorized file access.

You are responsible for reviewing output files before distribution. SaveAll does not guarantee that metadata, audio-video sync, or codec compatibility will match every playback environment. Output verification is part of your own workflow obligations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SaveAll is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaveAll disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the service will always produce successful downloads, accurate previews, or complete metadata for every URL.

You accept that technical behavior may vary due to dependencies outside our control. You should not rely on SaveAll as a guaranteed archival system or compliance system without your own independent safeguards.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveAll and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including data loss, business interruption, reputational impact, or legal disputes arising from content usage. Direct liability, if any, is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law. This limitation applies whether a claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theory.

You agree that legal responsibility for your chosen links, downloaded content, and downstream publication remains with you. If you use SaveAll for commercial workflows, you should obtain legal review and rights management processes appropriate to your risk profile.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaveAll, its maintainers, and contributors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or your breach of applicable law. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of SaveAll.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect legal, technical, operational, or product updates. Updated Terms become effective when published on this page unless otherwise stated. Continued use of SaveAll after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must discontinue use.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by the service operator’s jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer rules require otherwise. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms should first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If resolution is not possible, disputes may be handled by competent courts with jurisdiction over the relevant claim, subject to mandatory legal protections available to users.
